Dormant and Inactive accounts A Dormant account is an account which for a period of 12 months or more has not had funds withdrawn, funds deposited, bets placed or bets settled. Although 180bets does not have an obligation to notify users that they have outstanding balances we will attempt to contact the account holder to ensure the balance is returned to the correct account holder. After a 12 month period the account holder will forfeit the outstanding balance and we reserve the right to charge, on the last day of every month a processing handling fee of £2.00 per month. 180bets agrees to reimburse retained funds in the event that an account is reactivated at anytime. Any abandoned funds will be drawn down to a central account and distributed as per company policy. |
