Dormant accounts are those where the customer has not logged in or contacted our Customer Service Team for over 24 months.
We will conduct regular reviews of our database to identify dormant accounts where funds are still available for withdrawal.
Once these accounts are identified, we will attempt to contact the 180Casino account holder via telephone, email or written communications, using the contact details registered with the account. If this fails we will continue to use method at our disposal to contact the account holder. If these efforts prove unsuccessful and contact with the customer cannot be established within six months of the date from which the account was identified as 'dormant', any outstanding bankroll in these accounts will be set aside and the account will be closed. The bankroll will be transferred to the IOM Gambling Supervision Commission for holding.
